Norwood Cowgill Jr. -  President

Mr. Cowgill is currently President of Cowgill Properties, Inc. His first experience in real estate began with purchasing a rental property near the University of Kentucky and leasing to students. From there, he began to accumulate larger properties working his way up to 200 unit communities. Over the years, he has owned and managed dozens of multi-family communities in central Kentucky providing Cowgill Properties, Inc. with its core operational expertise and industry knowledge.

Mr. Cowgill also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for Office Suites Plus, which he co founded in 1998. Office Suites Plus offers professional and flexible office space along with a wide range of business support services. Office Suites currently has 39 locations across nine states.

Prior to Office Suites Plus, Mr. Cowgill helped pioneer the extended stay hotel industry by founding Studio Plus Hotels, Inc. At Studio Plus he served as CEO and Chairman and led the company to become the first of its kind to go public in 1995. In April of 1997, Studio Plus merged with Extended Stay America, where Mr. Cowgill served as a board member.
