Cristi Hawkins -
Accountant
 Cristi
joined Cowgill Properties, Inc in 2007
bringing with her 20 years of experience in
the accounting field. She oversees all
accounting operations of the company
including processing accounts payable and
receivable and payroll, reconciling bank
statements, performing journal entries, and
preparing monthly financials and annual tax
forms and filings. She is also
involved with benefits administration and
has been instrumental with integrating our
operations with our current web-based
property management software.
Prior to
joining the company, Cristi worked for Dean
Dorton & Ford from 2003-2007 where she
performed various accounting functions for
multiple clients using numerous software
packages.
From 1987-2003, Cristi
worked for Long John Silver’s Restaurants,
Inc. in various positions. During her
tenure there she rose to Senior Bookkeeper
where she was responsible for daily and
monthly accounting functions for a group of
80 plus locations.
